Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked to provide the details we will need to process your order. An account is not required, but if you do choose to make an account, you will be able to check the status of your order, and have a record of previous orders.

We accept credit/debit card payments, which are processed by a third party processor (PayPal), so we never see your card details. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to British Pounds.

Delivery Schedule: Our target is to despatch your order by the end of the next working day after the working day on which we receive it (working day = Monday to Friday from 9 to 5, excepting bank holidays), although please allow upto 7 days. We do not display items in our online catalogue that we do not have available to send. International orders are sent by airmail, and are usually received within a few days, although it should be noted that they can occasionally take a few weeks to arrive.

Returns Policy: You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of purchase or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Should you wish to cancel your purchase within seven days, please contact us. Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in unused and resaleable condition within seven days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this web site will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made as soon as we receive the goods in appropriate condition. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to ask for proof of purchase when you post goods back to us, so that you can make a claim should the parcel go astray. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address when returning goods. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged/wrong goods, please notify within 7 days of receipt and goods will be redispatched on return of faulty items, & any postage costs incurred by you in returning the item to us will be refunded.
