Payment is by PayPal, and credit or debit card payments, which are also processed by PayPal; if you want to pay by credit or debit card, follow the instructions on the left hand side of the PayPal screen. So, we never see your card details.

Delivery Schedule: we will despatch your order within seven days of the day it is received; this gives us time to dye up hand-dyed orders, undyed orders will generally go out quicker than seven days. We do not display items in our online catalogue that we do not have available to send.

Credit Card Security: All card transactions are processed by a secure third party, we do not ever see your card details.

Our Contract: When you place an order to purchase a product from stroudwool.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you.
